The Aston

The Aston is a 31-for-sale residential condominiums and 3,500 square-foot retail condominium project developed and constructed by Valor in 2013 within a technically challenging, tight urban in-fill site in the District's popular 14th Street corridor. The property has three underground levels that encompass parking and basement space to support the residents and retail users of the building. Valor retained ownership of the retail condominium, leasing the space out to an Italian restaurant which remains in the space. Valor broke per-square-foot sale records for residential condominiums at the time of completion.
