Sixty DC is an under-construction, 73-key boutique hotel in the vibrant DuPont Circle neighborhood of NW Washington DC. Valor entered into a joint venture agreement with the previous landlord as the Managing Partner to convert a dated, Class-C commercial building to the site's highest and best use. A robust study of submarket drivers led Valor to proceed with the entitlement of a boutique hotel with expansive food and beverage offerings in both the lobby and a rooftop venue. Valor then led a search and negotiations with best-in-class hospitality operators, bringing in Sixty Hotels as the operator. Construction began in late 2022 and has an expected completion of the second quarter of 2024.
